2026 Plumbers License Bonds
2026 Plumber Performance Bonds - Important Reminder
PMC members can get Plumber Performance Bonds at a lower cost through PMC. You only need to complete one set of forms, either from PMC or the municipality.
Key Details:- Bonds must be renewed by January 1, 2026.
- Indicate which bonds to renew on the PMC registration form.
- PMC will handle the power of attorney for each municipality.
- Submit a new Power of Attorney form for each municipality needed.

Please fill out a new Power of Attorney Form for each Master Plumber and each municipality. See the links at the bottom of the page.
The fees PMC charges are as follows:- City of Butler - $10 per company
- City of New Berlin - $20 per company
- City of New Berlin ? Road Cut - $20 per company
- City of Wauwatosa - $10 per company City of Cudahy - $20 per company
- City of South Milwaukee - $10 per company
- City of Shorewood - $10 per company
- City of Milwaukee ? $75.00 per Master Plumber* + a separate check Payable to City of Milwaukee in the amount of $101.60 for each Master Plumber.
The price for the City of Milwaukee Bond $101.60/per Master Plumber. Individual bonds are required for each Master Plumber.
Please Note: You will be invoiced after completing the registration form. Once you receive the invoice, send the forms and a check to PMC.
Deadline to submit ALL Paperwork and checks: November 28th.
Special Notes for City of Milwaukee Plumber Performance Bonds
The City of Milwaukee requires a $101.60 business registration fee for each Plumber Performance Bond. Therefore, please send along a $101.60 check for each master plumber, made payable to the City of Milwaukee.
A certificate of insurance (see link below) must also be filled out using the DNS-114B form. If you use the ACORD form as proof of insurance you need to send the Indemnification Form (see link below) along with it.
