The PMC and SMACCA Milwaukee are the bargaining agents and contracting parties to the collectively bargained agreements between management and labor. Together with Local 75, 18 and 601 we are preparing our workforce not just for today’s work, but for tomorrow’s opportunities. The Associations invest in continuous training for apprentices, journey workers, foremen, and service techs at every stage of their careers.

Staying ahead means staying educated and labor and management are bonded by our commitment to excellence. Association representatives serve on various boards and committees dealing with labor and apprenticeship matters. The Associations works to improve employee-management relations and industry stability as evident by our decades and decades of partnership. The mutual goal of delivering quality building mechanical systems to our customers while maintaining the highest levels of safety, competitiveness in the market and cutting-edge training dives our labor and management partnership.
