2026-27 Youth Apprenticeship Interview Day-School District Sign Up

If you are a high school or school district that has students (going into their junior or senior year Fall 2026) interested in interviewing for Youth Apprenticeships (starting Summer of 2026) in the Mechanical Trades, please sign up for a designated school time slot.  Please note, students should arrive a few minutes before their scheduled time slot.

Important- If your school district plans to bring more than 15 students or only 1-3 students, please reach out to jill@pmsmca.com to arrange a time. 

Students should be seriously interested in a registered Youth Apprenticeship position in HVAC/(Service), Steam Fitter, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Electrical, Fire Protection (mechanical), Project Management, CAD/BIM.  These positions start Summer 2026. As indicated on the required student application which opens 1/13/2026 (click here), please have students bring at least 12 copies of their resume with them. Dress to Impress for Interviews (clean shirt & pants, no hoodies, preferably a collar shirt, NO hats).

Please remind students that positions are not guaranteed and are First Interviews. If a Contractor is interested, they will call back for a second interview, it’s important to make sure the student information is accurate on the student application via Google Form, and student's resume. 

Snacks & Refreshments will be provided. *Union Training Schools – Local 18, 75, 601, and pending 494 will be hosted in the Lobby
