2026 PMSMCA Annual Awards Event at Road America

 Friday Event Agenda:

• Arrival & Breakfast: 8:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m. 
• Cocktails : 10:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. 
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. 
• PMSMCA Member Awards Program: 11:45 a.m. -12:40 p.m. - this time is subject to change. Will coincide with break in race schedule. 
• Networking & Appetizers: 2:00-4:30 p.m. 
• PMSMCA Event Concludes: 4:30 p.m.

Weekend Pass Fees:
$150/person: weekend admission or $165/person: weekend admission + go-karting

NEW THIS YEAR: Road America Day Sponsorship - Saturday or Sunday, starting at $500

• This sponsorship can be catered to meet the needs and wants of the Day Sponsor & their budget (food and beverages, etc.)
• Day Sponsor is encouraged to have an organized activity, game, or form of entertainment in the PMSMCA-tented area. Activities can be all day or during a specific time of their choice. (Examples: corn hole tournament, bingo, kids’ activities, scavenger hunt throughout the property)
• Day Sponsor will work with PMSMCA Event Planning to make sure Day Sponsor is within their budget, coordinate with Road America, help with the timeline, and promotion.
• Each Day Sponsor will be promoted and marketed in all Road America event campaigns to PMSMCA members. All event marketing will be coordinated with PMSMCA Event Manager, Sherry Steward. 
• Each Day Sponsor will receive special signage for their day throughout the event tented area and will be able to utilize Golf Carts with PMSMCA members reserved for the weekend.
• Includes 10-Day Tickets for the Day Sponsor’s event day. (valued at $100) More can be purchased on request and within the sponsor’s budget.  

Lunch Sponsor (+$1,500) • 1 Available

This sponsorship includes name and logo on prominent signage within tented area. Includes two weekend tickets to Road America event and two go-karting tickets (good for one session each). Event recognition, featured in pre & post-event newsletters and verbal acknowledgment.

Breakfast Sponsor (+$1,000) • 1 Available

This sponsorship includes name and logo on prominent signage within tented area. Event recognition, featured in pre & post-event newsletters and verbal acknowledgment. 

Cocktail Sponsor (+$900) • 2 Available

This sponsorship includes name and logo on prominent sign within tented area, includes two weekend tickets, recognition at the event, featured in all pre- and post- event newsletters, and verbal acknowledgement during the event.

• PMSMCA Contractor Member Safety Excellence Award - Only One Awarded 

  • The PMSMCA Safety Award was created to recognize the efforts of our contractor members in providing a safe and secure working environment for their employees and customers. The Safety Award is not just about recognizing a company’s past accomplishments. It is focused on inspiring a future working environment that focuses on the safety and health within the Mechanical Contracting industry. 

  • The theme of the PMSMCA Contractor Safety Excellence Award is "Demand Excellence" emphasizing a companies' daily commitment toward making safety a priority. 
  • Any PMC/SMACCA Milwaukee Contractor member who submits a 2026 PMC/SMACCA Safety Survey and Award Nomination form will receive consideration for the Contractor Safety Excellence Award. 

• PMSMCA Emerging Leader Award- Contractor or Associate Member
  • Each company is allowed to nominate an up-and-coming person who has shown dedication, commitment, and outstanding service
  • Multiple Awards: Open to Contractor or Associate Members (ONLY ONE PER COMPANY)

• PMSMCA Hall of Fame Contractor Award 
  • ​This person must have served with the company for at least a 10-year period

• PMSMCA Time To Retire Award (TTR) 
  • Only One Awarded - Associate or Contractor Member
  • Although lighthearted in name, this award is meant for someone who's put their "time in" and can reap all of its bragging rights in a very meaningful way.
  • This award will be given to someone who has dedicated a career (ideally over multiple decades) to the mechanical contracting industry.
  • This individual may have spent their entire career at one company- although it's not required.
  • This individual has been constant presence at PMSMCA/PMC/SMACCA events local, statewide, and nationally.
  • This individual should not YET be retired
