PMSMCA Members and Friends,

Great news! We are returning to North Shore Country Club in Mequon, WI for the 2021 PMSMCA Charity Golf Outing and the opportunity to register your foursome is now closed - please contact Jonathan Kowalski at jonathan@pmsmca.com or call (414) 469-8276.

We are excited to return the event to it's non-COVID format including post-golf events, meals and program.

Outing Agenda: 
Registration: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. 
Driving Range: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Call to Carts: 9:00am
Golf w/shotgun start: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Cocktail Hour: 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Hors D'oeuvres and Awards 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Golfer Registration cost:
EarlyBird rate - $210 per golfer ($840 per foursome)
After July 15, 2021 - $225 per golfer ($900 per foursome)

Platinum Sponsor: $1,500.00 (SOLD OUT!)
*With this sponsorship, you will receive 4 golf, breakfast, and lunch registrations. The opportunity to host a game/booth on your sponsored hole. Sign on the sponsored hole. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

Cocktail Hour Sponsor: $1,000.00 (SOLD OUT!)
With this sponsorship, you will receive signage at the hosted cocktail hour/bar. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

On-course Beverage Sponsor: (5 3 available) 
With this sponsorship, you will receive your logo on the beverage tickets given to every attendee and giveaway item. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

Galvanized Sponsor: $350.00 (unlimited number available)
With this sponsorship, you will receive a sign on the putting green and driving range. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony.
