DESCRIPTION:The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is hosting an open house / tour of its Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of this meeting and tour is to introduce new contractors to MMSD and share more about the upcoming work at our facilities.\n\n\n\nMMSD has $2.1B is capital projects planned over the next 10 years\, much of which is to take place at Jones Island and our other reclamation facility\, South Shore. \n\n\n\nDuring the tour\, contractors will see the buildings and equipment firsthand and learn more about the various systems and processes in place.  District staff will also be available to answer questions.\n\n\n\nThe tour will begin at 9:00 am in the Operations Building.
