And yet\, women within industries continue to identify as a demographic that lags behind.\n\n\n\nWhat do women need to do to make sure their voices are heard equally within their industry and organizations?\n\n\n\nIn this virtual program\, we will look at behaviors and techniques for women leaders that will help them assess and build their skills to allow them to achieve their full potential.\n\n\n\nSession Objectives\n\n	At the end of this program\, you will be able to: Foster a confident attitude in any environment.\n	Connect with others and build rapport.\n	Influence others to your point of view.\n	Identify four ways we communicate and the impact they have on our interactions
