Represented by (PMC/SMACCA-Milwaukee) mechanical contractor companies, the PMSMCA Workforce Development Committee’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for collaboration, insight, streamlined communication, and the development of new initiatives. The committee supports PMSMCA’s Youth Apprenticeship Interview Day & Signing Day, school career fairs, Junior Achievement Days, contractor field trips, panel discussions, summer readiness programs, youth workshops, and job fairs, etc.
