James Adrian’s MORE Productivity is a proactive ten-step process for increasing jobsite construction productivity and profits. The implementation of MORE has resulted in construction firms having double digit increases in job site productivity that have in turn more than doubled project profits. Participants will learn the ten practical steps of implementing MORE at a construction site. The emphasis of the program is on working smarter—not harder! Participants will work exercises and case studies to implement the new approach.

This program is available at no charge for sheet metal workers employed by contractors signatory to Local #18.  Steamfitters and plumbers employed by a contractor signatory to Local #18 will be permitted AS SPACE ALLOWS for a charge of $45/per person.
