Writing a proposal letter is how you convey to your client what scope, cost and schedule is included within your company’s bid submission and is the summary of days, weeks or even months’ worth of work in a few pages. In this course, you will learn about the recommended components of a proposal letter, what details to include (and what not to include) and overall best practices for proposal letters. It will also cover scope items from design through warranty, and how to increase your chances of getting a follow up phone call. This course will mainly focus on negotiated projects where proposal letters, clarifications and exclusions are applicable to the bidding process.
