It has been several years since the Partners In Safety program was created, and through the cooperation of Local 75, PMC, our employees and our contractors, we have increased both the knowledge and application of safe work practices in our industry. Since its inception, we have covered a number of topics - Back Safety, Hearing Conservation and Bloodborne Pathogens, OSHA-10 card, OSHA Standards & Other Regulations and HAZARD COMMUNICATION AND EXCAVATION/TRENCHING. The purpose of this course is two-fold: First, it provides important training in evermore stringently enforced OSHA regulations.It also articulates the importance of knowing how and why you take certain precautions on the jobsite and the impact that your actions have on the bottom line.
